UV printing process classification and operation flow are common on rapid prototyping

1, plane technology (U V magic color 3D plane, etc.) recommended grade ★★★ ★☆
Any flat material can be operated.
Operation process: rapid prototyping - coating - color - polishing oil (with gloss and matte)
Machine used: U V flatbed printer + air compressor (roller coating machine or shower coating machine) (can do microrelief)
Spraying layer of materials only plastic, glass, metal, need, other do not need (some bright surface products can also not on the coating).

2, the plane process UV printing brightness and what is the recommended level★★★☆☆
Main materials: plastic, glass, stone.
Operation process 1: film - sandblasting - tear film - on the coating - color - polishing oil. (This is the light)

Operation process 2: film - sandblasting - tear film - coating - color - glazing oil - spray rubber oil.(This is matte, this is dark, note that although the rubber oil is transparent, the rubber oil is matte, so the final effect is matte dark)
Operation process 3: white - coated - sandblasting - tear film - coating - color - polishing oil.(This is bright light, because the UV print effect is independent of the background color.)

Machine used: U V flatbed printer + laser engraving machine + sand blasting machine + air compressor(Roll coating machine or shower coating machine)
The common use of plastic production, investment, high output, high cost.

Two, color carving technology (Yin carving, Yang carving, fine carving, color carving, deep carving) recommendation grade ★★★★★ ★

Main materials: plastic, glass, stone, wood, etc.
Operation process: engraving - coating - coloring - polishing oil (this also has the distinction of gloss and matte)
Machine used: U V flatbed printer + CNC engraving machine + air compressor (roller coating machine or spray coating machine)
Color sculpture is generally the use of plastic, making common specifications 600*600, 800*800, the most common. (Plastic is different, too.)

The above is the common UV printing process classification and operation process.
